Crown Hills neighborhood in Alpine offers Casual Resort Living. Crown Hills offers single story homes in several plans, all under 2,000 sqft. The community was originally going to be a lower-cost community for seniors which is why there are several manufactured homes sprinkled throughout the community. It was taken over by KB Homes, which finished the development with the single-story stick-built homes and leaving some of the resort/retirement design. Today families and senior enjoy the community and all it has to offer.

The community has a pool, spa, tennis courts, a gym, and a clubhouse. The lots are on the smaller side averaging about 5,000 square feet and have open fencing making maintenance very easy.
